Invisible Beauty
CAUSES
Its activity is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations, specifically SDGs 5, 10, 12 and 13, thereby pursuing a global objective shared by all of society.
We are on the lookout for projects that generate social impact in accordance with the goals of Puig: to strengthen people’s self-confidence and personalities and leave a better world for future generations.
In partnership with Puig we want the Invisible Beauty Makers program to be a vehicle for these projects, serving to expand their scope and increase their impact on people, society and the planet.
There are many ways of addressing these causes:
- Action on the front line, positively impacting those in need.
- Creation and transformation, developing new approaches and disruptive models (e.g. technology, digital).
- Dissemination of these causes through a narrative, drawing attention to the issues involved and raising awareness.

UNPLASTIFY
The initiative that aims to put an end to the use and abuse of plastic.
Social impact
Unplastifying. This is Unplastify’s leitmotiv. Taking different measures to work with schools, companies, governments and institutions in order to accompany them and help them to unplastify their way of doing things. Because it’s through prevention that the problem of the growing use and abuse of plastic can be resolved at its roots. Yes, there are alternatives.

Timpers
This project designs and sells sports shoes with a workforce made up entirely of people with disabilities.
Social impact
It demonstrates that a company where the entire workforce is made up of people with disabilities can be profitable, with the company expanding to offer jobs to as many people with disabilities as possible.

Fundación QUIERO TRABAJO
The foundation that empowers and accompanies women to find employment.
Social impact
Going to a job interview is not easy for anyone, and even less so when you are a woman at risk of exclusion. The Fundación Quiero Trabajo accompanies, trains, prepares and empowers women so that they can successfully cope with these selection processes. Clothes, body language, attitude… everything matters when it comes to handling job interviews confidently and successfully.

Weavers
This project accompanies and helps people in exile to find work in their host country in the tailoring profession.
Social impact
It builds real bonds between refugees and exiles and citizens of the host country, in this case France, thereby improving the country’s asylum system.
